Let’s Get Cooking
Prep: Start by chopping up your onions and garlic. Then mix the seasoning together to create a rub that you can apply to the pork tenderloin. To prepare your tenderloin, start by trimming any excess fat from the pork. Then spread your rub over the tenderloin making sure to cover all sides.

Cook: Place onions and garlic into the crockpot and pour in beef broth. Take the seasoned pork tenderloins and lay them into the crockpot. Add butter on and around the tenderloins. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
Serve: Once the pork is cooked to perfection, remove it from the crockpot. Slice the pork into medallions and drizzle the delicious sauce over it.
Pair these tenderloins with Twice-Baked Potato, rice or Mashed Potatoes. Enjoy!
