Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sliders

Happy June everyone! When everyone is having their cookouts with hot dogs and hamburgers this summer, I like to bring something a little different. Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sliders! The spicy but creamy sliders are a huge hit at my family gatherings.

To make Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sliders the following ingredients are needed:

  • 16 oz shredded chicken
  • Hawaiian Slider buns
  • 1/3 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 4oz cream cheese
  • 2 stalk celery
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp on melted butter
  • Parsley for garnish

I use premade shredded rotisserie chicken, but shredding a rotisserie chicken or boiled chicken breast will do the trick as well. I season the chicken with a little garlic powder, black pepper, and Cajun seasoning. I also include Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. I have never used the ranch seasoning packet so I personally wouldn’t recommend it.

Step by step:

Start by preheating the oven to 350°F. Shred chicken and lightly season. Add in 2 stalks of finely chopped celery. In a different small bowl combine cream cheese, ranch, and Buffalo sauce.

Pour the sauce onto the chicken and celery and mix in all ingredients.

Pull out your buns and lay the bottom layer on a lined baking sheet. Spread chicken mixture and cover all buns evenly. Sprinkle cheese over the top, then place the tops of the buns on.

Glaze the tops of the bread with melted butter and parsley. Next place the sliders into the oven and cook until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden or about 8-10 minutes. Remove and let cool for about 3 minutes and then pull apart.

Serve and enjoy!
