Welcome 2023. Most people start the new year with a list of resolutions or goals on what they plan to achieve, but me…. I sent a text of a list to my best friend (for accountability purposes of course) of imaginary jobs I wanted. The list was composed of:

• A Stay At Home Mom
• Interior Designer
• Content Creator
• Remodel Person (lol, I know that’s not the right name for the job, but you can see where I’m going with it.
• and A Blogger

Since the closest I’ll get to being a stay-at-home mom is working remotely at home and I don’t have enough constancy to become a content creator… the most obtainable one at this point in my life is to become a blogger. Now I don’t intend for blogging to be my job or a source of income, but I definitely think it’ll be fun and a way to connect with people. And who knows maybe as the year progresses I will start crossing off some of those other “imaginary” jobs I want for myself.

Here and now though – We blog. And this just happens to be my very first-ever blog so let me jump right in and tell you a little bit about myself and my life. I am a mom of three, a bonus mom of 2, as well as a fur mama to 2 big ole dogs. My kids’ ages range from 10 to 3 months old and they are active sports-playing kiddos so naturally, I am a very busy mama… All. the. time. And to just throw some razzle dazzle in the mix, because what is life without a little razzle-dazzle, I’m currently planning a wedding!

I expect 2023 to be a very busy year for my family so why not share this new journey with y’all? As the beloved Miss Frizzle would say, “Seat belts, everyone!” it’s going to be a long ride
